Is City Maids an insured business?

At City Maids you can relax and have the peace of mind you deserve because you are automatically covered with our million dollar general liability insurance.

Who will be doing the cleaning?

Each job is done by professional independent house cleaners.

How long should I expect the cleaning to take?

You decide the amount of time you may need. Time is based on condition and requests. Our rates are a rough estimate and in some cases it may require additional time. Deep cleanings require a minimum of 4 hours. Deep cleanings include cleaning inside cabinets and appliances.

What products will you be using to clean?

Eco-friendly products are available upon request. In some cases the client may choose for our staff to use a different product and should communicate it to the office staff at the time of scheduling the job.

How can I pay for the cleaning?

We accept major credit cards as a form of payment; a credit card convenience fee will apply. All payments should be made to City Maids. Pre-authorization of a credit card is required in order to confirm an appointment. You will be emailed a receipt after each charge.
